I am having ongoing issues accessing one of my accounts due to the verification system. Every time I receive the verification code by email and enter it immediately, the system responds that the verification has expired. This happens even when typing the code in as soon as the email arrives.
I was eventually able to unlock one account by using my mobile device instead of my PC, but my second account still will not authenticate successfully. The issue happens repeatedly regardless of how quickly the code is entered.
A friend of mine in another country has also experienced the exact same issue on a separate account and device, so this does not appear to be isolated to one computer or connection.
We both have premium accounts and would very much like to continue using the service, but at the moment the verification system is preventing access.
Could you please advise if there is a known issue with account verification or if there is another method we can use to regain access?
