Game crash...

I was questing in Stranglethorn Vale and all of a sudden game crashes and a promt shows up wanting me to send crash report to blizzard.
I've tried several times to reconnect to my main, but always the same result. Is there any help to get or just start again with a new char?

What does the error say? If it is something like "Failed to read file..." then your client is corrupted and you have to download it again.
