Hi, I'm a bit of a newbie at gearing up. I have some emblems I've been collecting, and I went to Dalaran to see what I could exchange them for since I received an email saying I could trade them there. The problem is, I saw in a guide that they recommend buying "Tier 9" gear (I know how sets work), but the Enclave only sells off-pieces. Where can I find the vendor who sells set pieces?
