Technical bring back characters from a few years a go

hi i had a war tauren 60lv and a mage undead a few years ago on loradreon and now when i click realms it still shows that the 2 charactes are there, athough when i switch realms and actually enter it, these 2 characters seem not to be there. is there a way to bring them back? why's that they were deleted in the first place?

Considering they are level 60, a player deleted them.

i dont remember deleting any characters especially those with a higher lvl, i admit leaving the game for a few years and switching realms, although this one definitely shows 2 characters that literally aren't here, any other ideas who to ask or how to bring them back?

Characters that are deleted during inactivity cleanup (level 1-50) can't be restored, that would defeat the purpose of a cleanup.
Player deleted characters can be restored up to 30 after deletion, after that, they're gone to the void.
