WotLK Disconnects Every 5min

Don't know if its just me but cheeking in the forms there are a bunch of people with the same issue.
I'm playing from South Africa. i only started again after a very long time.

My issue is I keep getting DCs one every 3 to 5 min.
log back in and DC again after 3 to 5 min.

I have done everything I can think of but now luck. Its only on Warmane that I'm having this issue.

Any advice will be awesome

Also for some reason no settings saves. Each time i run the game I need to set up all my settings again. Apart from UI. Its only game settings.
