WotLK Stuck in Deathknight instance, unable to speak to NPC's or port out or complete

I started the Deathknight end quest you get from The Lich King where the war sequence at Light's hope finishes in a group with a friend and I was unable to hand the quest in, it dissapeared and the NPC would not respond and I was unable to get the quest reward for the axe and death portal, my friend had no issue and it worked for him and he received the rewards and can progress to the next part.
I'm now stuck in this instance, went back to The Lich king to see if he had the quest still but he is unresponsive, the instance is empty and I am alone with the Lich King and the war sequence restarts on a loop and still does not allow me to do anything as the quest has glitched out and disapeared completely.
I can't leave or port out anywhere, Deathknights do not have a hearthstone and I did not receive the Dark portal that is supposed to drop.
I am unable to continue any further at all. I'm stuck in a dead instance.
Hoping someone from support can assist me.

Abandon the quest. Perform in-game unstuck character and logout. Then do website unstuck character through my account -> services. Try to pick quest again. If you're unable to do so for any reason, write an in-game ticket and wait for GM's divine intervention (may take 24-72 hours). Keep yourself busy with other characters/games/IRL until help is provided.

Thanks for your reply and help, the quest no longer exists in my quest log, I started the war sequence with the quest and it dissapeared and could not hand it in.
I did the unstuck method and it ported me back to the starting point of Archerus, there are no mobs or npc's at all and I'm stuck at the start point and unable to go anywhere, I can't even jump off to kill myself.
Guess I'll have to wait for a GM to help, thanks again for your assistance.

Alternatively, remake the DK instead of waiting.
