    Disclaimers And Our General Warning


    • Each member uses the Warmane forums and server as a privilege -- this is not a guaranteed right.

    Reporting
    • Send a private message to any Forum Moderator to report someone breaking the rules on the forums.
      To report hackers, open a ticket in-game.
    • Bugs should be reported on the Bug Tracker, not in the Forums. Do note use the Forums to ask for votes on the Bug Tracker or posting Bug Tracker links to "point" people in that direction.
    • Do not open threads to complain about staff conduct, ninjas, hackers, exploiters, bugs, etc.


    Conduct

    • The infraction system determines the length of bans in most cases. Accumulating 21 points will cause your account to be permanently banned. Warnings (marked as a "yellow card") do not count against this total.
    • Violation of the policies described below will result in infractions, which may lead to forum bans. Such bans may become permanent and might include in-game bans upon repeated offenses from the same user even with alternate accounts.


    High Offenses -- the following offenses may lead to a permanent forum ban, including your game account:

    • #1: Account Selling or Trading


    • #2: Disrespect to Staff Or Server


    • #3: Advertising Or Solicitation -- Transactions between Warmane and others games using any sort of currency, items or services, are not allowed. This includes deals made on sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitch, Tiktok, LinkedIn etc.


    • #4: Paid Coin Gifting -- Charging compensation for Coin Gifting is not allowed. This includes adding "extra gold" or other in-game rewards in an attempt to entice people to purchase your things outside of the marketplace or outside the game. Asking to buy Coins or offering to sell them in exchange of real money is not allowed.


    Lesser Offenses -- the following offenses may lead to an infraction or ban from the forum with repeated offenses:

    • #5: Discrimination, Insults Or Cursing -- It includes insulting or discriminating players because they have donated to the server.


    • #6: Advertising Marketplace Transactions


    • #7: Inappropriate Material -- Avoid posting content 18+ (Mature) on the forums. Including avatars.


    • #8: Incorrect use of the Forums -- If your post got filtered with asterisks, don't try to circumvent it. There is a minimum character requirement of 10 letters. If you have less than 10 letters to type, don't bother posting. Avoid excessive use of colored text, keep it visually clean.


    • #9: No Spamming -- Don't spam messages more than once (includes cross-posting between diferent topics). Necroposting (over one month old), spamming "+1" posts, reply-pictures, bumping posts, reposting something that was deleted, forgotten, derailing and other disruptions fall under this rule too.


    • #10 No Reporting Bugs or Players in Topics -- The developers doesn't look for feedback on random topics in the forums. The same goes for reporting players. Posting your evidence on the Forums or mentioning character names is not allowed, report directly to a GM.


    • #11: Posting On Alternate Accounts While Banned -- Do not complain on the forums about bans on your account or someone else's accounts. Posting on alternate accounts while you are banned is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban for the alt account and extended ban time on the original account.


    • #12: Avoid Guild Drama -- If you have an issue with another Guild, do not post in their Guild Recritment topic. If you have proof on any accusation, report directly to a GM.


    • #13: Complaints about Multi-boxing -- Hostility towards the server or other members due to the subject of multi-boxing is not allowed. It is a supported play-style of this game and the mistreatment of others for it is not allowed. Read about our stance on multiboxing here.


    • #14: Guild Recruitment Boards -- Any non-english topics found in the Guild Recruitment boards will be moved to their proper Localized Forum. If it doesn't have a proper forum, it will be deleted. You may have guild recruitment topics of any country as long as the title and text are all in english.
