Can you used ingame command to reset your current id on all raids/dungs you have been recently? I mean on the Icecrown realm.

No, there is no way to reset raid ID's. Otherwise people would reset it daily and spam raids.
Instances, normal ones only, mind you, can be reset with:
/script ResetInstances()
