Dragon's Breath .. like srsly?

hi fellow mages

i'm a little lost atm
is there a bug with db ? because even if people stand IN the ****ing flame they sometimes doesn't get db debuffs
or the disorient breaks to early without them getting dmg...

or do i get the mechanics of db wrong?

Living Bomb classes as damage and will break DB.

i know ..
but when i get jumped i db -> poly/ffb -> something in between, depends on situation -> living bomb (something like this) because i know that the lb ticks are dmg and can breake it

but the most annying thing is that they sometimes don't get the disorient at all to begin with

DB misses alot i agree. DPS right in front of me and he eats the DB and nothing -_-

DB , polymorph and Spell steal are all broken on MoP , they all break each other , hots ,absorbs it all breaks each other after the last update.

Living Bomb should not Break dragon breath in the first place , the tooltip clearly says that DIRECT damage breaks the effect and both living bomb and ignite deal periodic damage.
