Kingdom rates?

Hi everyone.

I´m looking for a new server to play but the true is i don´t wanna spend to much time leveling. so the real question here is:
Whats the Deathwing´s kingdom rates?.... or, in which warmane´s kingdom can i get increasing rates, with a good population quantity, with mixed playable modes (PVE - PVP) without so many bugs.

X7 experience rates for all realms, exceptions:
Blackrock, Warsong - instant max lvl
Lordaeron - X1 rates

Ragnaros and Deathwing will be updated in the future with a new core (that is being used currently only on lordaeron). Untill then, Deathwing and Ragnaros have more bugs than Lordaeron.
