casual/roleplay guilds about?

I'm not much of a "spend 6+ hours raiding every night" kind of player anymore. Just gotten too old with too many other responsibilities. All I do see on the forums, from my limited perspective, are raid/endgame guilds. Are there any others? roleplay guilds? casual guilds? Horde or Alliance.

Yes, there are, of course. There are many more casual guilds than endgame guilds. Casual guilds do not spend much time or effort recruiting, so they usually do not advertise on the forums. You will have better luck finding them in-game.
