High: Looking at all who are interested.
Medium: A bit more stingy specifications, ie. gear/experience level almost the same as ours.
Low: Looking for someone on an even keel with us.

Death Knight: High
Druid: High
Hunter: High
Mage: High
Paladin: High

Rogue: High
Shaman: High
Warlock: High
Warrior: High

Most importantly I'd prefer an applicant to have these 4 things:
1. A stable internet connection and computer.
2. Being able to acknowledge mistakes and learning from them.
