BUGTRACKER doesn't skip my report for some reason.

The Problem:I don't hit a stunned target with a shockwave that also has its back to me.


How it should work: There should be no misses in the back, and even on a stunned target! In fact, the shock wave should never miss at all, it is applied even without a weapon. It's always been like this. Even on wowhead it says about the shockwave "It is impossible to dodge, parry or block"
