i play in warsong as a elemental shaman, and, on a training dummy, seems the second lava burst from elemental overload (mastery elemental) don't crift most of the time, even if flame shock is on the dummy of course..
anyone have notice that?

That's cuz it's not fixed yet.
Fixes in grey are schedule to be applied September 18 - 20.

On a different note. Has anyone checked whether the proc chance of overload is actually correct? I have no testing done, other than that my gut feel tells me it might be off. I have around 20% chance, which in theory means one in 5 casts should get a proc, but it doesn't seem like I'm getting anywhere close to that. Anyone have any numbers on this?

It doesn't work like that, it's a chance, just like crit chance or any other chance, there's a (in your case) 20% chance on each spell cast to get it.
