Gourelia's enhanced InterruptBar

Hello everyone, here's a little tweaked version of Kollektiv's InterruptBar.
What's changed? Why this version and not the regular one ?

Well, it's really simple, I just edited it in order to keep track of every interrupt in cataclysm's PvP.

Here's the list of tracked spells :

-- 47528 Mind Freeze
-- 80965 Skull Bash
-- 34490 Silencing Shot
-- 2139 Counterspell
-- 96231 Rebuke
-- 1766 Kick
-- 57994 Wind Shear
-- 19647 Spell Lock
-- 6552 Pummel

It doesn't take much space, there is nothing fancy, no visual pollution, as showed on this screenshot :

Keeping that slot in case of need for changelogs, updates or whatever.

List of options
- /ib : shows the list of options :p
- /ib scale <number> : resizes the bar (1=100% and so on)
- /ib hidden false : hidden/not hidden (true to hide it...)
- /ib lock true : put false to unlock it if you want to move it
- /ib test : the name says it all
