I did this some months back and AFAIK they all work, I completed all the lunch quests and got the achieve.

I done all except the one "back to basics"cuz i cant find any kind of shiny things/jars to pound those rices.or may be i'm doing in wrong area.can u throw a pic where i can find those plz or confirm its bug or not thus may we can make a report.

Yeah looks like it is bugged now, was working last December when I did this last. There is already a report on the tracker.
