377 Ret Pally LF ACTIVE PVE Guild..Seriously.

So I've been getting no where on here with guilds either they're good for 2 days then its **** or no ones EVER on. I'm a retail experienced player although I did not play a paladin on retail I have a lot of raid awareness and know what im doing. I pull on avg 21k DPS. I have no issues helping people gear out and I'm very capable of leading raids.

21DPS at 377 is actually pretty bad, I suggest you download CLCRet and get your priority system down, and check your gemming and reforging.
