Is old sargeras characters gone?

So my game time want out on retail and cant pay for more right now so i wanted to play molten again, i started of with having some problems with servers and logins and stuff, but when i went in on sargeras i only had low leveled char on the server, i had a pretty good mage and my legendary paladin which ?¡m really proud who i had alot of good memories of, but they are now gone and i dont know why.

well my account was banned for like 2 years and few days aggo it got unbanned and everything is there,so i think they didnt delete characters

Check other realms, maybe someone logged your account and transfered it to troll you, or maybe someone logged your account and deleted it. Other than those 2 I can't see why your chars would be gone, you are a donor so they wont delete your chars in clean-ups.
