Need priest to help me

hello everyone,well i am playing disc priest,and in 4.0.6 i could dispell partners in arena with Dispel magic (deepfreezes,hunter traps,most kind of debuffs) but sience 4.3.4 came out i cant do it,when i try it just spams 'invaild target',so today i got whisp that it works,and i tested it in nagrand arena with some other priest and it works he was able to dispell my fear from some guy he was in grp with,so can any GM help me,or if someone had same problem could help me in anyway? i tryed respec,but didnt work,made ticket but got deleted after 5 days,please if someone know what to do help me..

Delete both Cache folders in wow and data directories, then respec and learn discipline talents

Disc and Holy can use dispel to remove magic debuffs on their partner.. however, if you're shadow and your partner gets sheepd for example.. use mass dispel, dispel doesn't work. and it is intended that way as shown by abbey.
