Medallion and on Proc trinket.

If however you can donate (or are also a raider) go with Medallion and Matrix HC.

Agi > Mastery

Your MPF trinket is no where close to being as good as the PvP ones.

Vial > Master Pit Fighter > PVP trinket

Don't know if you're already using PVE gear though!
