You would give these...for a item...thats not really even close to being worth that many mats o.O its a starters item...Replacing blues is exactly what this is for. Blizzard even stated they were trying to make more items available for those who don't raid ..its more less a pre firelands wep :) but tbh you dont need it at all :) its even ugly as hell lel :D
