Hello everyone i'm quite new, i would like to know how i'm supposed to play? i mean every time i try to log in i have to wait 20+ min , so what can i do? i would also like to ask if is there pvp in this server

Yes Sargeras is a PvP realm, and a fairly good one at that.

There is always a que to log in here, so I would highly suggest you donate just the onec and never have to que again. Also your 40 minutes is nothing, I've heard 3 hours ques for here.

Looks like he can only play during this time, Sargeras already has 603 que as of now. Try later after 8 to 12 hours, login ques would be instant.

Yes there are quite a few PvE guilds on Sargeras, with all Cata Content released except for BWD HC and DS HC).

Donate or play a different game. It will always que during daytime in Europe. Lucky for me, if it's afternoon in Europe, it's midnight for me. No reason to donate to remove que.
