Since your username isn't purple, it seems like if you have lost your premium status somehow.

I think you should make a ticket.
Add a proof, if you have one, to demonstrate you donated.

Some people can't submit ticked due to a problem on the site.
If it's your case, you should contact the staff via private messages on the forum, I guess.
