Having issues gearing up more! HPala ilvl 373

Hello I am currently at 373 Ilvl, and to begin the conversation I will say that I already have revered FL rep. Now the issue I am having is the only way for me to increase my Ilvl would be Firelands/Valor/RHOT's but the issue is that nobody is really taking anyone below 380 for any raids. So i am here asking if anyone has any HELPFUL advice to how I can take that next step in leveling, because I feel like I am stuck.

get all the JP gear, and also some VPs from doing daily rdf hc
u can also buy items from AH
