What happened to my Characters ?
I updated my client to MOP, but as soon as I log in it asks me to create new characters...
Is this an issue or the chars are lost forever ?

I've found that I shoud start over. But how do I get all the "goodies" from Molten..
We're ready for launch, however we would like to postpone it until morning to allow for rest for some of us that have been working around the clock since yesterday's disaster. This will also allow us to have two active independent backup systems active at the time of launch and resolve minor technical issues that we were previously encountered. Forums are expected to be open shortly. Here is what to expect:
Based on join date:
- 100% of coin refund from all donations back to accounts
- 10 - 50 coins to all accounts (including non-donors)
- 200 - 400 points to all accounts
- 3 - 5 levelups per account with 0 - 3000 gold on each
- 1 - 3 professions per account (excl. recipes)
- Starting gear: 2 heirloom sets and 2 PvP sets to all accounts
- Vote points on all accounts will be set to December 29, 2014
- Vote points spent on some promotional items will be refunded

hey!
i'd like to change to mop [sargeras],since cata server is almost always full but i donno if it stays on rate x7 and if it's a pvp world. Also i'm curious if it has scripted dungeons, talent trees and skills working or i will move to something worse than neltharion [cata].

Yes, the realm names have been switched around. And yes, it will be permanent. If you haven't already, go ahead and recover your characters here.
