Pandaria Echo of the elements bugged?

Just wondering if anyone else had seen anything similar.
I recently chose Echo of the elements, and it seems to work with Lava Lash.
As far as I know it is not supposed to and should be fixed, because Lava Lash hits hard, a double Lava Lash crit hits almost hard enough to delete the corpses of your enemies.

It might only be a mistake in my addons, so if someone would test it out for himself and post the results it would help a lot.
