What is the secret to open JC daily Fragments?

ive had 5 in a row be empty. no joke not exaggerating. its bull****.

what do you guys do? i cant learn any new gems :(

i tried waiting 5mins before opening, i tried relogging before opening.

I'm new to MoP but I'm guessing this is about the daily cooldown research which lets you learn recipies ?
If yes, then till now I haven't run into a problem like this. Tried it 3 days in a row with Primordial Rubies and got gems each time.

Its like that for no reason. However, sometime, you can get 3 new recipe at the same time no kidding. Just consider to be RNG
