There is a specific support section for item misbuy.

You cant get your coins back m8, refund policy is closed. You can make ticket but period to return an item is 24 hours, so....... sorry for your missbuy. I did some mistakes too, but whateva need to deal with it.

Helo, I will keep this short.
Anyways, I would like to get back coins for every item i bought so i can buy something else. Adding to my impatience is information that you will reset our coins that are not spend, which is troubling thought for me right now becouse of large number of tickets being submited at present moment. Main reason for this post is to serve as "date stamp" of sort so I dont get remaining points "reseted" or whatever before you refund those I've already spend.
