AT characters

hi,i just merger my AT account but when i log on wow molten server i don't have any chars...
i merged few days ago. i talk about mop server

my brother actualy merged my at account on the wrong molten account... can i fix this somehow? who should i contact regarding this?

Whenever I try to merge my AT account with Molten it keeps saying that my username/password are invalid for AT when they are correct. Error perhaps?
