Dont know the ratios in Sarg, but in Frost its probably 95% ally and 5% horde or 90% ally and 10% horde.

During the first week of the server there were like 70% allys and 30% horde here on Sargeras. Now it's much more balanced and I would say it's like 57% ally 43% horde.
