Who we are:
Qilin is a new PvE guild that is North American based. Progression is our primary goal and to progress, we are working our best to gear people up and train them so that we could think same things about the fight as if we shared only one brain.
Our Raids:
As for now, we do ICC 25HC at least four times a week, Ruby Sanctum 25 normal two or three times, ICC 25N once or twice, and LoD tries. If we don't practice for LoD, we do 5th ICC25HC instead. Also, we have not tried RS25HC, yet. As soon as officers and raid leaders feel that we are ready, then we will start practicing RS25HC.
Main ICC 25 HC : Gets to LoD (We do rerun at LoD on this ID.)
AltICC 25 HC : Gets to LoD (usually) but sometimes stops at Sindragosa.
2nd Alt ICC25HC : Gets to BQL
3nd Alt ICC25HC : Gets to BQL
4nd Alt ICC25HC : Gets to BQL
ICC10HC: We have cleared it fully and we still do bane run to improve our players.
Our Raid Schedule:
Our schedule is not stable, yet. Before we start inviting, we always look at the online players and then we decide what to do.
Monday:

Tuesday:
ICC25HC alt run
Wednesday:
ICC25HC alt run or ICC25N and RS25N
Thursday:
ICC25HC alt run or Main run. (We look at how many mains we got then decide)
Friday:
ICC25HC alt run or Main run.
Saturday:
LoD rerun, ICC25HC alt run or ICC25N + RS25N
Sunday:
LoD rerun, ICC25HC alt run or ICC25N + RS25N
Our Raid Time and Inviting Rules:
Our invites for the raid starts at 00:00 Server time. (4pm PST/8pm EST).
We really appreciate if you show up at the exact time so that officers and leaders could decide what to do. We also award 2DKP for showing up at the exact time for every raid.
Main run gets easily filled with core and improved raiders so Trials will not get a chance.
We avoid getting raiders or below ranked players on our main run but we will get them if we have no choice.
For our alt runs, we don't look at the rank but if there is to pick from, we would get the person who we think will do better job.
What we look for:
Firstly, we look at your gear to see if you are qualified to join our heroic runs. Since we rarely do normal runs, we will accept players with decent gear and decent application. For instance, we will accept your application by looking at your English, heroic encouters' tactics, gears, logical thinking, class knowledge, and effort that is put into the application.
