Problem with the Call of Water quest for Shamans. [Horde]

Right now, I have the Fire, Earth, and Air totems, but not the Water totem. I can't seem to start the quest to gain it despite trying two possible ways.

1) I tried talking with the Shaman trainer who's supposed to start it in Orgimmar, but she still only gives out spells.

2) I tried to interact with the Minor Manifestation of Water, but not only can I not interact with it, the big manifestation attacks me when I get to close to it and takes me out in one to two hits (I'm level 41).

Do I have to do something else, or has this been a bug since the Moltdown?

Sucks, but that quest has always been buggy—I think you must kill the Minor Manifestation of Water or something like that. If you can't by yourself, bring friends.

Wonderful, the Stone Tokens quest for Hillsbrad Foothills is bugged as well. You need 10 of the stones, but you can only collect 8. -.-
