Cant get The Hunters Path Quest (Night Elf)

Hi i have problem, i play as Night Elf Hunter on Ragnaros, i am already 16lvl but i cant get any quest from Dazalar (Hunter Trainer in Dolanaar) wich should it to me. Is there anyone knows how i can fix this?

You need to go to the capital and speek with the Hunter trainer there, he will start the chain
