Mogu'shan Vaults Heroic has been fully scripted and is undergoing internal testing. We expect it to be released on May 8, 2015. We're working on a new BugTracker, to be renamed into Bug Reports for clarity which will be seamlessly integrated into the website similar to the new forum. The most important improvements will include a priority vote system (bug prioritization based on community member votes), a user friendly and clean navigation, sorting and filtering and comment system. Community members will be able to use their Warmane account to report bugs. "
Anyone know if this is still expected or delayed?

Warmane = delay no exeptions are made.

Well the instance is there but its not possible to go in atm. That is because everything has to be tested on live even if it was working fine on the test realms.
There are some crash issues which have been resolved already

Can we get a heads up? Not just a "OH btw guys msv is enabled" Like a few hours heads up. Possibly released during peak hours

You will, don't worry about that. Anything which involves a Realm First achievement has to be announced a few hours prior to its release

Also, just want a clarification. Will bans be going out and achievements removed if a guild skips straight to Emperor to get the achievement?

Asking for a ban is imo silly as a first thing, second of all, why would any guild try to claim a "legit" first WoE HC kill without clearing the rest of the instance? Would be a silly claim no?

I'm not the one who was testing the instance so i cant give you a precise answer, but yea, a lot of things which were fixed on hc and share the mechanic on normal should also be fixed
