Hey,
First let me introduce myself : I used to play on molten at the begining back in 2010, stopped and came back for Lordaeron where I had extremly great moments, especially when I got realm first acheivments :P.
Anyway this year I've decided to start playing wow again, since Molten was the best server I had played on it was only natural to come back here, I've heard Molten went down for a moment due to some scammers or something (not sure about this part) and some people quit, and got frustrated.
And since then, people are only criticizing the staff/server, probably due to the frustration (of losing a char).
So I've been around here for a few days now, and I've seen so many people complaining about Warmane/Molten, I just don't see the reason why?
The server (WOTLK servers atleast) is the most populated out there, and most of the quests/instances/raids...work and are scripted, what else could you ask for ? on a free server where you don't have to pay for a sub or anything, just to say that I really appreciate the hard work the staff is doing in here, and wish you the best of luck, haters gonna hate this will never change :P but many other people like me are more than happy to play in here and will always support you.
TL;DR Molten is by far the best server out there deal with it :).

They are the most populated, that's true. Most of the quests / instances / raids work... what does "work" mean to you?
Every boss of ICC - yes, every single boss - has flaws on the scripts: malfuctions, things that happen and shouldn't, wrong timers, wrong values of damage, oozes spawning after the boss is dead (Rotface). Besides encounter-specific issues, the adds are not scripted, there is combat bug when you aggro invisible triggers through ICC, you cannot log back to ICC (any dungeon/raid) after a DC which often leads to a wipe depending on who DC'd and which encounter.
All of these things doesn't make the bosses "not work", they just work very differently than they should. Some things make it easier for us while others make it really hard (which is what most of the current bugs do).
So I don't really get your "they work and are scripted". Yes they work and yes they're scripted. Badly scripted and working not as intended.
While I acknowledge all these issues with the scripts I also know the reasons why they are like this and everything else.
The issue with this community is, most of it either thinks: a - the server is bad because "nothing works" and "everything is bugged" while other private server got close to perfect scripting (but no population); b - the server is awesome (that's your case, OP), it's scripted and everything works, not perfectly but it works and it's enough and people shouldn't bash the staff - it's free and you can choose to play somewhere else if you're not happy here.
And then there's "c", little minority of players that can understand (but not necessarily agree or be satisfied with) Warmane's current scripting which is far from being good but reasonable considering the fact that it's a unique and Molten-made, custom core (not trinity-core); it has very high population (3x most of the other private servers) on each realm; they have 3 cores being worked on simultaneously; and the really poor and regressive management Molten had prior to the Moltdown with Hermes and all.
So I don't really get your "they work and are scripted". Yes they work and yes they're scripted. Badly scripted and working not as intended.
I played on WotLK realms for years and I know this is not true. For a few weeks I played heroics with guilds and I haven't noticed any major problems with the raids. It is possible to play and enjoy a full ICC25HC run and you will not notice problems most times. Yes, there may be differences between Warmane and retail, but they aren't that bad as you put them to be.
You will be able to manifest through the new bug tracker, and let the developers know what should be prioritized.
I'll be closing the thread, let's not use it as an opportunity to bash and attack the developer's work. I may understand complaints about the situation in MoP, but doing the same over WotLK is exaggeration.
