Xmog question

Before I spend points, I just want to clarify that it is possible to xmog gear that is meant for another class, right?
i.e. a paladin xmogging warrior t6 or something (not what I'm doing, but still an example)

If the gear is class specific you can't even buy it off of marketplace (e.g. buying warrior gear on a paladin char). You can buy lookalike parts tho.
