1. Bought the wrong item - looking for guidance.

    How to I escalate this.

    Hello,

    I was on the site and accidentally purchased an item that I did not want.
    "Item Grievous Gladiator's Staff 24 coins Frostwolf June 11, 2015 at 13:02"
    I was scrolling down the page and the mouse hit the "purchase" button.
    There is no confirmation of purchase so I could not "reject" it.

    The item is in my backpack and has not been equipped - I made the purchase today " June 11, 2015 at 13:02".
    How can I submit a request to correct this.
    I have opened a ticket in game to ask the same thing but I cannot stay logged in all day waiting for a GM and I thought there was only a 24 hour "report" time to get this addressed.

    If anyone has some help I would love to hear it.

  2. You open a Support ticket on the website, not in-game.
    If you are eligible for it, one of the ticket type options will be for item mis-buys.

  3. Where do I open the Support ticket - the only place I saw was here:

    All I see are "Ban Appeal" and "Account Recovery"

  4. Are you a Contributor and got the coins from a donation you made?

  5. Honestly - I don't know where the coins came from. They were just there one day.

  6. Then I'm assuming you aren't a Contributor and got the coins from us, a gift we gave to everyone when they recovered their accounts.
    Those coins aren't eligible for refunds.

  8. There is a checkbox at the top that makes you confirm purchase. But it reloads item list in marketplace when checked, which scrolls it back to top and makes it less convenient to use only after you have found the exact item you want.

    there's a box you have to check, that say's " I am purchasing for (characternamehere) on realm (realmname), if you hadn't of had that checked you wouldn't have this issue. no ones fault but you're own.
