    Sts or dbw?

    Hi guys, I have a question and I want to read your opinions... Im Sub rogue, i have both DBW and STS hcs, so, should I use pvp trinket and STS or DBW? I know DBW lasts 30 secs, but it have too a longer internal CD... Im open to all comments!

    DBW is dumb in my opinion even as a human with double dps. Mainly because it has a 1/3rd chance to proc haste which is essentially useless as subtlety. Also because it's proc is inconsistent. I want to know what is going to happen before I engage so I can strategize based on that certainty.
