Are they ever going to fix fishing?

As the title says i am curious if they will ever fix fishing on cata realms.The well in dalaran is bugged,the fishing drop is bugged,the skill system is bugged,the fishing derbies are bugged also the achivements because of the missing loot and quests.I don't see anything on the bug tracker or in dev blog and i am not going to waste my time making reports because no one is taking them into consideration.
