Pandaria PvP trinkets for resto shamans?

Hey guys, I just wanted to ask what PvP trinkets you guys are currently using or your resto shamans? Mainly asking this question because there are many many different combinations, some people use the health mediallions, some use the crit ones. Also some people use the intellect proc, some others use the intellect click, and some use the battlemaster with crit. What do you guys think is currently the optimal trinket setup?

Crit Medallion and on proc.

The on proc gives nearly 2x the intellect that the on use one does and has a 20s uptime for a 45c downtime.
And the Crit trinket is superior in PvP over Spirit.

Cdew used Spirit Medallion and Crit Battlemaster. Or you can go all for crit then get the tailor cloak enchant to compensate for spirit
