I'm pretty sure that most of the servers are either instant level cap or , 7x

Blackrock and Warsong (PvP only) are insta cap level with custom vendors for max proff etc.
The rest of the realms (blizzlike) are x7 for XP and (still up to speculation) gold, Rep and Proff skills
