Can't create a ticket... Help please.

So I have been trying to create a ticket and all I keep getting is a message saying this

Your information provided is invalid, too long or contains invalid symbols, try again

No matter which way I make it I get this message, please can some one help, I'm trying to restore an old account :(

Dont use symbols like ':@[}`\.,>#~ etc. I couldn't make a ticket once because I had a '.' in there

Yea kinda annoying that they don't allow you to add symbols and then ask for a email etc lol
