Can't acces to my real account

Hi i'm JotaS44 in this account but i have an issue with my account Jota44, the problem is when i take from my e-mail the recovery password and i try to login, i can't. I don't play WoW since 1 year ago but i know that i played in Molten.


I need help because when i try to login in the website with my account and the new password this message is showed again: "Incorrect account name or password."

I'm not good with english but if some of you can help me will be fine.

You need to open a Support ticket under the My Account tab.
There have been numerous threads about the same subject in the last few days. You can have a look for them instead of opening new ones in the future.
