Help! My PJ is trapped!! I can not revive!

Hello:

I have a PJ (Blackwarrx) in Pandaria, this is trapped in a white zone, i cant find it on the mapa. He is a ghost and i can´t revive. I tried to use the "help button" and not working.

I came to this zone using a flight instructor in "ghost land".

On this website:
Navigate to the top of your page and click on the "My Account" button next to the Warmane logo.
Above your "Account Summary" click on the "Store" button
In the drop-down menus select your Realm and stuck Character, and then Select "Free" for currency, and in the last box select "Character Unstuck"

You can use this once per hour to revive and teleport any character to their hearthstone location.
