Rupture damage of sub at bugtracker

I guess i gotta post about this again since im not satisfied with the rupture damge thus after extensive research this is what i found
I posted this in bugtracker already, so you guys can go to upvote on it in order to make bugtracker teams take a look at and maybe fix it faster thank in advance.

Formula( wow head) (231+32*1*5+0.062*AP*1*0.5*24) in 5 combo point rupture
my current right now in the game attack power is 46, 973, tool tip show 5 combo point damage is 44,451
now using the formula and add the buff from sub passive skills
Calculate using the formula 35,338
Sanguinary vein increase 50%of 35336= 17,669
my current mastery is 66% thus it affect mastery of execution , so 66% of 35, 338=21,202

35,336+21,202+17,669= 74, 209 damage in 24 sec 5 cp rupture

in the game it shows just 44,451
while i use the formula and the rogue sub buffs it shows damge 74,209
this is really a big different
