Some Questions

So i have two questions and i couldn't find the answer IG nor or forum

1- Is the Legendary Cloak quest chain available on Frostwolf Realm or not ?
2- About the Legendary Gems i saw some guides on Wowhead but i couldn't find the npc's here ? is it available or not ?

so that's about it sorry if this topic is repeated

1. No, to get legendary cloak you need SoO, so even if that quest would be available you woldn't get the cloak.
2. No, devs got information about this on last Q&A session, cuz they had no idea there's something like this in the game. Maybe some day we will get it.
