Config resets itself at start-Up

So each time i start up Wow (Pandarian-Version), which i installed 2 days ago, all my Keybindings get resettet, as well as Graphics, Sounds, etc...
I last played 2 years ago on Molten and i cant remember a problem of this kind. I deleted the WTF-Folder twice already which had no effect at all.
Any solutions?

Well thats the reason your WTF folder holds your settings saved if you delete it you lose all your settings.Also there is a file named Config which serves as the previous Realm list notepad..

yes, iv restored that config.wtf for the realm-list. The deletion of the WTF-Folder was after i expierenced the reset of everything. Then i logged back in, changed everything, restarted the game, and everything was gone again. I only deleted the WTF-Folder because i thought it might have been protected or such. But it didnt help. It keeps resetting everything.
