Just curious is there a faster way to farm honor besides spamming BGs all day? I know wintergrasp is broken here which is a shame, and it seems like the call to arms quests cannot be turned in either...
Is there any other trick I forgot? Or is spamming BGs really the only way?

There are no Wintergrasp Dailies. There's one Wintergrasp weekly quest. ONE

There are 3-4 WG Dailies that award ~3700 honor each.

Which ones are you actually able to do though? There was one where I had to collect 10 dragonbones which I was able to complete fine, but it seems like the rest all require WG to actually be scripted...

You can farm http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=43228 from WOTLK hc dungeons. All bosses drop them, then you buy 2k honor for 30 of those on Wintergrasp vendors (also, those http://wotlk.openwow.com/item=44115 are account bound, so you can farm with your main to equip your alts).
