Can someone help me every time i log-in and get my points this will always appear " You don't have points to collect" and I didn't just log-in in the website I also play its been like this for 3 days now.. can u pls fix it.

you now need 1000+ unique achivement points ingame to collect points on website.

the points must be all on one character too ,I tested this ,as soon as I hit 1000 points on one character it opened voting and I went in at the envoy rank ,then you get the bonus for an account in good standing too .

No, they don't need to all be in one character, but they must be unique.
Meaning a single achievement is only counted once, having it many times over different characters won't count, but having different achievements across multiple characters will be counted.
