Banned and confused

Hello Warmane, idk is this right place to open a topic but this never happen to me before.
I was inactive for some time (month or two) and when i try to enter i found my account banned.
My question is why im banned and when incident occurred so i know is something that i did or my account is hacked.
Also i would like to see some proof that my account/toon cheating.
I'm playing here since beginning of Molten and never used any cheats or exploits for all that time so i can assure you that i didn't use any hack or something like that.
This is very unpleasant situation for me so please Warmane give me some explanations.

The reason for the ban should appear on your My Account tab, along with the duration.
Whether it was you or someone else is generally irrelevant, since you're responsible for all that happens with your account. We can't ban players after all, we ban the offending account, and who was using it is a non-issue.
Regarding showing proof, as far as I know that never happens. We aren't under any obligation to "prove" a ban. You're allowed to appeal, which might get the proof reviewed once more, but not shown to you.

Thank you for such a fast answer it only says two weeks and cheating but as i said i was inactive in that time that's why i'm confused and asking for explanation.

I can think of two possibilities.
It was a ban for an offense you did before you took your break, that only got punished while you were away (bans aren't necessarily applied at the moment the offense happens, reports are analyzed and that can take a while at times) or someone used your account during the time you weren't playing and got themselves banned.

You can still appeal it if you're sure the ban wasn't for something you did.
It will be ultimately up to Smyth to analyze your case and your background to give a decision.
You need to open a Ticket from the SUPPORT tab in your My Account panel.
